Last Saturday saw us host our group in the feile peil na nOg. Our first game was against Ballyporeen, a game in which we led for much of but unfortunately were pipped at the post on a 1-8 to 1-4 score line. In the second game we defeated Borrisokane by 4-2 to 2-2 which qualified us 2nd in the group which unfortunately meant we had to travel to Aherlow to contest a semi final. Best of luck to Damien Corbett

Best of luck to Damien Corbett who is named corner forward for the Tipp Minors as they take on Waterford this Tuesday at 7pm in Semple Stadium in the Munster Semi Final.

Well done to Lorcan Bourke

Well done to Lorcan Bourke & the Tipp under 15 hurlers on their 3-21 to 2-14 win over Kilkenny in Ballyragget recently.

Camogie News

The U12's had a competitive challenge match against Thurles last Tuesday evening in Gortnahoe, narrowly missing out on a win by one point. They continued to train on Saturday morning and are planning a few more challenge matches over the next few weeks.

Our u14 camogie team had a comprehensive win at home to Mullinahone on Wednesday evening, we have no game this coming week and hope to organize a challenge and then we will be away to Ballingarry on Thursday week.

Our U16’s are through to play away to Lorrha next weekend and we wish them the very best of luck with that.

Juniors had no match this weekend and are training hard in advance of the Coffey tournament commencing later in May.
